Salad in a Jar

I found this salad-in-a-jar recipe, that allows you to make a pre-made salad and keep it fresh for weeks! As long as the salad and the dressing don't touch in the jar- you can make it up to 1-2 weeks in advance and keep it in the fridge until you want it. Perfect for lunches to bring to work. As long as you have a jar with a lid, you can do this!
